Instructions

Ingredients

  • 2 Berkshire Pork Chops
  • Lawry's Salt... or favorite pork seasoning. This is ours!

Instructions

  1. *IMPORTANT* Thaw out your pork chops. (See thawing tips below)
  2. Preheat grill to 350 or medium to low heat. This may take 5-10 minutes, depending on your grill.
  3. Season both sides of your chops with Lawry's and carefully put on grill.
  4. Flip chops once the internal temp reaches about 100.
  5. Take chops off of grill once the internal temp of meat reaches 140.
  6. Let the chops sit for 5 minutes before serving and enjoying!

Thawing Tips

  1. If 12 hours in advance leave in the kitchen sink to thaw.
  2. If you are thinking ahead for more than 12 hours before you want to grill, put on a plate and leave in the fridge to thaw out.
  3. If you are like me, I don't always plan in advance so I love the vacuumed sealed meat vs butcher paper so I can put meat in hot water and will thaw in about a hour or less.
