  • 1 lb ground beef or pork
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 2 pkg Ramen noodles
  • 3 carrots, diced
  • ½ cabbage
  • any other veggies (zuchinni, peppers or mushrooms)

Instructions

  1. Brown meat, onion and seasonings to taste.
  2. Add meat mixture, cabbage, carrots and veggies to large stock pot.
  3. Top with Ramen noodles, enough water to cover everything and your packages of seasonings from your noodles.
  4. Cover and cook 20-30 minutes or until everything is tender.
